Visiting the entertainment center is permitted only in compliance with these House Rules.

Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

By purchasing an admission ticket and/or entering the premises, visitors to NEONIS MINIGOLF acknowledge and accept these House Rules.

The NEONIS MINIGOLF entertainment center is open to visitors aged 6 years and older.
A maximum of 66 visitors may be on the premises at the same time.
Smoking and the use of smoking-related or smoking imitation devices (including e-cigarettes) are strictly prohibited throughout the entire facility. Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area.
Animals are strictly prohibited in the NEONIS MINIGOLF playing area.
It is prohibited to bring sharp objects, pointed items, metal or glass objects, or any other items that may cause injury onto the premises.
Bringing outside food or drinks into the NEONIS MINIGOLF facility is prohibited. Food and beverages may only be purchased and consumed in the designated areas.
All equipment and decorative items within the playing area may only be used for their intended purpose and at the visitor’s own risk.
Visitors are fully financially responsible for any damage caused by improper use of the facilities or equipment.
Visitors are fully responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting from improper use of the facilities.
Damaging any decoration or stealing any property may result in criminal proceedings.
By purchasing a ticket, visitors acknowledge that the NEONIS MINIGOLF facility is monitored by CCTV cameras that record video footage. The operation of the surveillance system complies with the GDPR.
Photos and videos taken on the NEONIS MINIGOLF premises are the property of the operator. They may be used freely in accordance with applicable personality and privacy rights. By entering the facility, visitors agree that they may not make any financial claims against the operator regarding the use of such recordings.
Failure to comply with these rules, as well as unacceptable behavior—including rudeness, fighting, disorderly conduct, or intentionally endangering others—will result in immediate removal from the premises.
Please keep a close watch on your personal belongings. We accept no responsibility for unattended items or for accidents caused by them.
The use of the cloakroom/party trolley is mandatory.
Once you have left the ticket counter, admission tickets are non-refundable, either in whole or in part.
No visitors will be admitted after the last bookable time slot (7:45 PM).
